By using the Track I indicate my acceptance of the Tracks condition. If an act or occurrence in which I am involved or observe reduces the safety of the Track I will immediately notify Promoter and warn other track users of the danger and/or increased risk. \nShould any incident occur because of my failure to observe an officials directive from which a successful claim is made under any insurance policy relating to the Track and an excess premium or deductible is charged by the insurer of the Track I will pay in full the excess or deductible under such insurance policy except to the extent that it is paid by a third party. \nI understand & accept the Promoters has the right to terminate my participation in the event at any time for any reason it sees fit at the time. \nI declare that I agree to abide by the conditions\, have read and understood these warnings\, and accept all the inherent risks and danger in the event and the activities surrounding the event. \nI understand and agree that if I cancel within 1 week of the event there will be a $50 cancellation fee except if I cancel within 48 hours of 8am of the day of the event\, in which case there will be no refund. If I cancel prior to one week from the event I will be entitled to a full refund less any third party merchant fees. Owners Signature\n				\n					\n				\n				Clear Signature\n			NextCONDITIONS OF ENTRY - PLEASE READ \nCompetitors and Crew \nThe ONLY acceptable blood/alcohol reading is 0.00! \nOfficials may test you at any time. \nAny positive BAC reading is immediate exclusion from the rest of the event. \nConsumption of alcohol or the use of any substance capable of impairing skill & good judgement may only be consumed within the designated areas. Consumption or use by ANY competitor\, crew\, official\, or support person is strictly prohibited before & during an Activity. \nPromoters have the right to expel any person from the event & the Venue that they consider to be acting in a manner which endangers or impacts on other peoples enjoyment of the event activities or causes a complaint to be brought to the Promoters via the officials. \nClothing for drivers and crew must be appropriate for the motorsport Activity being undertaken. This means at least enclosed footwear with full coverage from ankle to wrist to neck for drivers and any crew working on the vehicle. \nRacing Drivers must wear FIA or SFI approved apparel for all race activities & competition. Helmets must meet or surpass the AS1698 requirements. Roll over protections systems must meet the standards of the category/activity the car participates in. \nWesthold transmitters must be fitted to all RACING vehicles.  \nOfficials are volunteers giving their time so you can enjoy your sport and shall be treated with due respect. Officials directions must be followed promptly\, with full compliance and in good grace. Any driver or crew that has a problem with a direction from an Officialshall carry out that direction immediately and then raise the issue with the Promoter for its consideration. \nVehicles must be driven SLOWLY at all times and in ALL AREAS until they are actually competing or participating in an event. This means MAX SPEED IN PIT LANE IS 10 KPH up to the exit line and IN ALL OTHER AREAS. Drivers exceeding these limits should expect to be at least cautioned or not permitted to start in one or runs and potentially be expelled from the Venue. \nNobody under the age of 14 is permitted inside the General Pit Lane area without close adult supervision. Children 5 or under MUST be carried at all times. Children may be excluded from Pit Lane at the direction of an official. \nSafety Scrutineers require the car to be properly prepared for the event. This includes steering and brakes\, especially pads and fluid and all safety equipment especially seats & restraints shall be in excellent condition. Race apparel must be in excellent condition. \nFire extinguishers\, when fitted to a road car\, must be secured in the passenger side foot well within reach of the driver with quick release fittings capable of holding the extinguisher in place at 40G. \nAll loose items must be removed from the vehicle prior to leaving pit lane especially drink bottles and items dangling off rear vision mirrors. \nDrivers must hold a Civil Licence and/or a Competition Licence issued by a recognized organisation that is appropriate to the level of the Activity being undertaken. Non-RACERS licence holders will be asked to contribute to the Personal Accident Insurance. \nNo animals are permitted into the Venue during an event unless they are part of the event and have written permission from the management to be on the premises. \nThe closing time for entries is the latest time an entry can be received and processed by the Promoter. \nRACERS runs events with three whole of track safety conditions.
